AIB has appointed Graham Fagan as chief operating officer and Miriam Nagle as group general counsel, supporting its retail banking, capital markets and climate capital services.
The bank said that it is simplifying its management structure to focus on its three business lines, namely retail banking, capital markets and climate capital. The UK business will now be part of Retail Banking.
