Here is a selection of people starting new roles with Lugus Capital, TEKenable, My Legacy, Octabuild, Crowe Ireland and Marsh.
James Ghent has been appointed as managing partner for the UK with Lugus Capital, an Irish-based real estate investment firm as it expands into the UK. James previously spent a decade at Goldman Sachs, most recently as an executive director, originally in the Special Situations Group (later AWM Private), where he covered UK and Irish real estate and real estate credit; James also spent time covering European Energy Infrastructure investing. Lugus has circa 2,000 residential units under management including as Rathmines House, Liberties House and Northern Cross as well as Blackpool Shopping Centre and Retail Park, City Gate, Cork, and c.500,000 sq ft of industrial assets in Dublin.
