Lionel Messi real estate trust debuts in Spain with €223 million market cap

A real estate investment trust owned by Argentine soccer star Lionel Messi made its Spanish market debut at €57.4 per share, giving it a market capitalisation of €223 million ($232.12 million).

Messi, the Inter Miami player and former FC Barcelona forward, is named as chairman of Edificio Rostower Socimi's board in documents published by the Portfolio Stock Exchange, a small European alternative market.
